Kai Prendergast

Kai has a passion for fine wines and craft beer, but most favourably in the art of cocktails. He travelled to London to train in high-quality bar-tendering, mixology and flair. Since then Kai has worked his way up to manage multiple bars and restaurants within the Canberra hospitality scene.

Stephen is a passionate ideas man and a driven entrepreneur. With his love for music & events, his extensive management experience, and outstanding people skills; Stephen began by managing local bands, which quickly progressed into managing multiple events throughout Canberra.
